Purpose-Driven Denim
The circular jeans process uses sustainable materials like organic cotton and recycled denim, designed for durability and repair.
At the end of their life, jeans are recycled or upcycled, creating a closed-loop system that reduces waste and reliance on virgin resources.

Our Process
We are committed to building a waste-free world.
Through our closed-loop system of post-industrial and post-consumer recycled denim, we revitalize jeans, offering them a new beginning and prolonging their lifecycle.
Why focus on jeans? Because they are among the most environmentally damaging items in fashion, consuming an estimated 7,000 liters of water and harmful chemicals per pair.
Collect & Sort
We gather post-consumer and pre-consumer denim waste, carefully sorting materials based on quality, fiber content, and color to maximize reuse.

Shredding
The sorted denim is mechanically shredded into fibers, breaking down old garments while preserving material integrity for the next stage of production.

Spinning
Recycled fibers are blended with sustainable materials like organic cotton or Tencel, then spun into high-quality yarns, ready for weaving.

Fabric Development
Using innovative, low-impact techniques, our yarns are woven into premium denim fabrics that retain strength, comfort, and durability.Developed with Collaborating with LNJ Denim.

Garment Manufacturing
We craft stylish, long-lasting jeans through ethical manufacturing practices, reducing fabric waste and ensuring fair working conditions.

Sustainable Washing
Our eco-friendly washing process uses minimal water, biodegradable chemicals, and ozone or laser technology to create unique denim finishes with low environmental impact.

Take Back Programm
Once worn out, customers can return their jeans through our Take-Back Program, ensuring they are repurposed, upcycled, or recycled, closing the loop for a waste-free fashion cycle.

FAQ
What makes your denim manufacturing process sustainable?
