1. Rags and Textile Waste Collection
 

Our sustainable journey begins with the collection of textile wastes from Garments factories & Spinning Mills . We have collection facilities in Bangladesh, Kolkata & Panipat and 5 tons per day recycled fiber manufacturing facility in Bangladesh.

2. Sorting and Preparation

The collected rags undergo a meticulous sorting process. Skilled hands carefully select and classify textiles based on their content, color, and quality. This step ensures that only the best materials proceed to the next stage.

3. Cutting and Shredding

Once sorted, the textiles are cut and shredded into smaller pieces, transforming them into a versatile raw material. This step is crucial in preparing the fabric for the recycling process, breaking it down into fibers ready for transformation.

4. Fiber and Yarn Production
These shredded textiles are then processed to extract fibers, which are cleaned and transformed into yarn. We have partnered with state-of-the-art facilities that use innovative technology to ensure that the resulting yarn meets the highest quality standards, from 4s to 40s counts.
5. Fabric Creation
Our commitment to sustainability extends to every inch of fabric we produce. The recycled yarn is skillfully woven or knitted into fabric, ready to be crafted into fashionable garments and accessories. This stage combines artistry and technology to produce textiles that are not only eco-conscious but also beautifully functional.
6. Garment Manufacturing
We have an inhouse garments manufacturing facility with a capacity of manufacturing 3.5 lac Denims annually. Presently we can manufacture recycled Jeans with up to 30% recycled content & knitted garments with up to 100% recycled fabric.
